Home-made Body scrub for Glowing skin In Summer..

Today I'm going to talk about self-care DIY'S which I have tried and are now a part of my skincare regime.

  1. HOMEMADE SHAMPOO: Shampoos that are free of harsh ingredients, like sulfate, are often known as Mild Shampoos. Such a shampoo comprises organic and natural ingredients. If you want healthy and glossy hair, you need to select the right product. However, choosing the correct shampoo among so many choices can be a problem.  Whenever you choose any shampoo, you should focus on your hair quality, scalp condition, and texture as well.

Don't be too shocked we are not going to make it from scratch but yes, we are not going to use any kind of chemical shampoos or trending shampoo you guys have seen on the internet ...

Ingredients that should be added to your shampoo:

Mainly the shampoo is the most important ingredient of all, you can take any mild shampoo or any baby shampoo as well like johnson baby shampoo or dove baby shampoo my personal favorite is johnson baby shampoo my hairs are never felt this soft and life full before when I use to use shampoos like Sunsilk, Tresemme and dove it made my hair dry, dull and damaged.

many ingredients can be added to your mild shampoo it's up to you. rice water is now a day's trending all over the internet how good and effective it is which is true it gives your hair shine, replaces your conditioner and gives healthy thick hair as well.

Hair and scalp conditions keep changing with time and seasons, so you should switch different shampoos. If you frequently expose your hair to thermal heat, such as straightening, curling, blow-drying, your hair cuticles will be damaged. They are not arranged in a smooth layer and could hardly reflect any light. Other styling treatments like serums, sprays, and conditioners with excessive lime content can make your hair dull and frizzy.

You can find some special shampoos with natural ingredients and bring your hair back to life. Such sulfate-free shampoos will help you repair your hair. The most common ingredients found in these shampoos are silk proteins, peach, apricot extracts, or kernel oil. After using them, you will notice great luster and volume in your hair.

HOW TO MAKE RICE WATER:

before making rice water make sure to wash off the dirt from the rice, take half a cup of rice and add 2 glasses of water or more according to hair length and let it stay for 3 to 4 hours or 1 if you're in a hurry or overnight is also an option and that's it your rice water is ready.

ALOE VERA GEL:

aloe vera is one of the versatile ingredients which is actually used in every skin and hair regime of mine. you can use aloe vera in 2 ways if you guys want to get organic you can purchase fresh aloe vera plant and scrape out the white part which is the hell blend it and add it to your shampoo or you can buy aloe vera gel readymade from any store of any brand and add it to your shampoo.

COCONUT OIL:

oil in the shampoo I know it sounds weird but yes it does affect and it gives shine to your hair and your hairs are less dry after you shampoo your hair I have been doing these techniques for years now and I got the best result and it doesn't harm anyone because these are natural ingredients which don't cause any harm but makes your hair better. just add coconut oil to your shampoo shake it a little bit to see the color of the shampoo might turn white and that is how you know shampoo and coconut oil is mixed well. you can also replace coconut oil with a vitamin e capsule.

Normal shampoos may contain harsh and strong ingredients that might damage your hair cuticles. These shampoos can turn your hair dry, limp, and dull. You should look for mild shampoos, as they contain amphoteric and non-ionic constituents. Some of the best mild shampoos are: Aveda Shampoo, L’Oreal Extra Gentle Shampoo, Bumble, and Bumble Gentle Shampoo, Johnson’s Natural Baby Shampoo, Lavera Basis Sensitive Mild ShampooSulphate is harmful to hair because it is a harsh detergent that can lower the quality of your hair strands. Once sulfur gets into your hair follicles, your hair will become frizzy and prone to breaking. You can prevent hair falling and increase volume significantly, by using good quality Mild Shampoos. You can color your hair, style up with curls, blow-drying, or anything you want but do use sulfate-free shampoos.

     2. HOMEMADE BODY SCRUB:

Homemade body scrub, I don't wax, I'm scared of waxing because I feel it might ruin my skin and I'm kind of shy as well back in my college days veet was my surviving tool but I never knew that it might affect this bad and leave those dark makes on my knees and underarms and then from nowhere I saw a video of veet razor and I thought why not use razor save money and time. I started using a razor in 2018 and I use it till now its been years and I'm constantly using it you will never get this smooth finish even after waxing trust me and try veet razor.

Ingredients for making body scrub:

  • there are many ingredients by which you can make body scrubs, coffee is one of the best of all coffee helps reduce stretch marks and even cellulite from your thighs and butt and it has nourishing properties which also moisturizer the parts and gives it a glow.
  • aloe vera and coconut oil are included as I said before these are versatile ingredients used for both body and hair care.

  • first of all, you need an empty container to add 3 to 4 tablespoons of sugar which is know as a  natural exfoliator and then add coffee 1 tablespoon, aloe vera gel, and coconut oil according to the measurement it doesn't matter if it is more or less but it matters if it's too much. The most special ingredient is a body wash and body wash which you use, I use fa and lux. mix a generous amount of body wash into the mixture and voila!!!!! '' YOUR DIY BODY SCRUB IS READY''
